MEET OUR TEAM
Meet Us
Dear families, we want to share a little of our history and trajectory; since 2016, we have genuinely shared the dream of sisters to create and run together our childcare center, focusing on developing multiple intelligences and individual talents of each child.
We both have extensive experience working in this beautiful childcare career, always doing it with love and giving our hearts in everything we do. The most important thing has always been to love, care, protect, and respect the children and create a beautiful relationship between them, their families, and us. We always treasure the sincere love that the children give us every day, and it fills us with joy and pride to accompany and support them in their learning process, discovery of the world, and integral development.
We also have our career in early childhood education because we consider it of utmost importance to have all the knowledge to help us achieve our goals. Also, we have all the training, courses, and requirements required by the WAC and the license to perform our services efficiently and safely. Our work also adheres to all the requirements of the public health department for the healthy and safe operation of our center; we are passionate and committed to what we do because working with children is not a job but our passion and vocation.

What I like most about my profession is that I can embrace the hearts of children who believe and trust me and give me their sincere affection every day.
What I enjoy most is that every day is an adventure where I have fun and learn with the children
since I was a little girl, I was that little girl who placed my dolls in front of me and taught them the letters and numbers; since then, I played and dreamed of being a teacher because my stay in preschool impressively marked me, because for me every day was a new adventure to play and learn, my teachers made a significant change of me that from there I promised myself that one day I would be a teacher. I promised myself that one day I would be a teacher as good, beautiful, and fun as them.
When I finished high school, I took a sabbatical year and visited the USA with my sister. She was working as a teacher in a childcare center, and I took the opportunity to volunteer; it was there that I connected with the children, and at the same time, I was able to see them.
I remembered that promise I made to myself and reaffirmed my dream and illusion of being a preschool teacher.
Then, I had the opportunity to work as an assistant teacher in a childcare center. There, I felt like I was about to achieve my dream. Still, inside, I knew that if I wanted to be a better teacher, I had to prepare myself professionally, so I decided to stop working and dedicate myself to studying for my degree in pedagogy. I concluded my career satisfactorily, and after that, I returned to work, this time as a lead teacher with all the knowledge, strategies, and resources to perform a better job. I have always put all my effort, love, and dedication into doing excellent quality work and, above all, full of love and respect for the children, their families, and my coworkers. I love and enjoy seeing the learning and development of children, and I am proud when they get a new achievement.
I worked as a lead teacher for two years, which I treasure in my heart. After that time, my directors offered me the supervisor position with a broken heart since I knew I would miss not being in front of the group. I accepted the opportunity because by then, my sister Yara and I had already shared the dream of opening our center one day. I knew this was an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience in administrative matters.
Afterward, I took some time off to take care of my newborn; once I felt ready, I rejoined again on this occasion as director of a center, a wonderful experience where you can learn countless things, take experience, and enjoy every day of directing a center where my main focus was always that our children feel in a second home, I managed to create an environment, work, family, and children full of love, care, and respect, I was in charge of the school for two years, and at the same time along with my sister we were working evenings and nights in all the processes and requirements to be able to say that proudly after so much time, effort and dedication, together we managed to open this our first child development center with this we are committed to never forget everything it took us to achieve it and to offer the best of the services.

What I like most about my profession is to be able to see the growth of each child day by day and witness the goals they achieve. What I enjoy the most is sharing great adventures with the children, receiving the sincere love they offer, and seeing their smiles and joy every day, which motivates me to continue my vocation.
I started working as an assistant teacher in 2011, the year with some nerves, and without imagining that it would be there where I would know my vocation and love for childcare, I was working as an assistant teacher for a short period of time. Later, I started as a lead teacher, working with all my heart with all the joy and enthusiasm to learn more and more about this beautiful profession. In 2016, I was offered the opportunity to be the director of a childcare center, a chance I took without hesitation. I gave myself the task of studying and learning everything that this new position required me to know. I strived to provide the best of me every day and worked for it. Years, after this time I was the general director of three centers being in charge of training, coaching and managing the operation of the three centers.
After that, I was offered the opportunity to be the general manager of another company that also had three childcare locations. While working hard to make all three centers run successfully simultaneously, I completed my degree in pedagogy in 2022 the year. Overall, I have over 12 years of working in childcare.
