What I like most about my profession is that I can embrace the hearts of children who believe and trust me and give me their sincere affection every day.
What I enjoy most is that every day is an adventure where I have fun and learn with the children

since I was a little girl, I was that little girl who placed my dolls in front of me and taught them the letters and numbers; since then, I played and dreamed of being a teacher because my stay in preschool impressively marked me, because for me every day was a new adventure to play and learn, my teachers made a significant change of me that from there I promised myself that one day I would be a teacher. I promised myself that one day I would be a teacher as good, beautiful, and fun as them.

When I finished high school, I took a sabbatical year and visited the USA with my sister. She was working as a teacher in a childcare center, and I took the opportunity to volunteer; it was there that I connected with the children, and at the same time, I was able to see them.

What I like most about my profession is to be able to see the growth of each child day by day and witness the goals they achieve. What I enjoy the most is sharing great adventures with the children, receiving the sincere love they offer, and seeing their smiles and joy every day, which motivates me to continue my vocation.

I started working as an assistant teacher in 2011, the year with some nerves, and without imagining that it would be there where I would know my vocation and love for childcare, I was working as an assistant teacher for a short period of time.    Later, I started as a lead teacher, working with all my heart with all the joy and enthusiasm to learn more and more about this beautiful profession.   In 2016, I was offered the opportunity to be the director of a childcare center, a chance I took without hesitation. I gave myself the task of studying and learning everything that this new position required me to know. I strived to provide the best of me every day and worked for it. Years, after this time I was the general director of three centers being in charge of training, coaching and managing the operation of the three centers.

After that, I was offered the opportunity to be the general manager of another company that also had three childcare locations. While working hard to make all three centers run successfully simultaneously, I completed my degree in pedagogy in 2022 the year.    Overall, I have over 12 years of working in childcare.

What I love most about my profession is the daily interaction with my students, building bonds of trust and affection. I cherish the moments of listening to their stories, seeing their smiles when they overcome challenges, and being part of their growth.

I earned a degree in Preschool Education in Mexico, where I discovered my passion for creating a fun and enriching learning environment. In 2020, I began working as both a teacher assistant and lead teacher at a daycare in Washington state. With two years of experience, I am committed to continuous learning and making a lasting impact on each child’s life.

Passionate, positive, and full of joy, I believe in seeing life through a lens of empathy, values, and kindness. Being an early childhood educator inspires me to grow every day, as I find deep satisfaction in watching children learn and develop.

I hold a degree in Tourism Business Administration from La Salle Nezahualcóyotl University and completed a seminar in Accounting and Finance for Small Businesses in 2020. In 2024, I began working as an assistant teacher—a year of immense personal and professional growth. My experience in childcare has shown me the vital role early education plays in a child’s life, motivating me to continue learning and pursue a degree in early childhood education in the future.

Teacher Ana

My name is Ana Prieto, and I am a creative, responsible, and passionate early childhood educator. I enjoy supporting children throughout their learning and development by creating engaging activities, games, and educational experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.

I have earned my Early Childhood Education (ECE) certifications, which have provided me with a strong foundation in child development, learning, and care. I am currently continuing my education to complete my ECE degree.

With more than eight years of experience in early childhood education and childcare, I have worked in both classroom and leadership roles, including serving as a supervisor. In this position, I supported daily operations, staff development, and the quality of educational programs.

What I enjoy most about my profession is helping children grow, build confidence, and develop new skills every day. I am committed to creating positive learning environments where children feel valued and families feel confident in the care they receive.

I am dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, with the goal of providing the best possible support to children, families, and educational teams.

Teacher Betty

My name is Beatriz Hernández Arroyo, and I am an Early Childhood Education professional with more than a decade of experience working with toddlers and infants. Since 2016, I have led toddler classrooms and collaborated in infant and preschool programs, creating safe, engaging learning environments that support children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

My educational philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, which recognizes children as active participants in their own learning. I believe that creativity, exploration, sensory experiences, and positive relationships are essential for building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

I am especially passionate about supporting social-emotional development by fostering independence, confidence, communication, and a sense of belonging. I also value strong partnerships with families, recognizing their important role in each child’s growth and success.

I am committed to providing meaningful learning experiences where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

“My purpose is for every child to feel seen, heard, valued, and capable of learning through joy, curiosity, and exploration.”

Teacher Viviana

My name is Viviana Diaz, and I am a preschool teacher.

I am passionate about caring for, helping, and teaching children as they develop the skills they need to become more independent each day.

Since I was 16 years old, I knew I wanted to become a preschool educator. Thanks to God, and to this childcare center for giving me the opportunity, I am now achieving that dream by being a teacher for my little ones.

Part of my experience began at Centro Rendu, a nonprofit organization where I volunteered for more than three years. There, I cared for the children of mothers who were taking elementary and middle school classes.

I have also been an active volunteer at my children’s school, Mount View Elementary, for the past two years.

Now that I am part of The Little Genius World, I feel truly happy to provide loving, respectful, and kind care to your amazing children.

Teacher Jamilete

My name is Jamilete, and my passion for teaching children started when I was very young.

From what I remember, and from what my parents have told me, I always loved school. As a little girl, I would play “teacher” with my classmates, and with my cousins we would gather in the patio and pretend to be students and teachers. When I was around 8 years old, I remember visiting my teacher’s house and asking questions like, “What does it feel like to be a teacher?” and “How can I become one?” Since then, I told my parents that I wanted to be a teacher.

At 18, I joined a program called CONAFE, where teachers go to very low-income communities to teach basic education. That experience changed my life. I loved feeling the affection from the children, seeing them run into the classroom to hug me, or watching them bring me the prettiest flower they could find. Sometimes during lunch, I would find a small piece of each child’s food on my table because they wanted to share with me. That was when I understood that there is no love more pure and sincere than the love of a child.

After that, I decided to study Pedagogy while also working. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties and transportation challenges, I had to take a break from my studies and leave CONAFE. Later, I continued working so I could study Educational Intervention. I started that program when I was 20, once again balancing school and work.

After several attempts, I was able to work in elementary schools, and I continued to be amazed by how much love children can give, even without knowing you for very long.

I worked in education for several years until I decided to move to the United States. Here, a friend told me about the opportunity to work with children again. I was nervous and afraid of not being accepted, but I decided to take the risk.

Now I am here, spending time with my little ones and learning from them every day. I can honestly say that being here has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I am currently studying ECE and hope to graduate very soon.
