Early Childhood Parent Resources

At The Little Genius World, we proudly participate in Washington State’s Early Achievers program, a Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) designed to help early learning centers provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality educational experiences for children. Through this program, we continuously improve our teaching practices, learning environments, and family support systems to help every child build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Early Achievers focuses on key areas that directly impact a child’s growth and development, including safe and engaging classrooms, research-based curriculum, child progress monitoring, family partnerships, and ongoing professional development for educators. Our teachers receive continuous training and coaching to ensure children receive care and education that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate.

As part of our commitment to equity and dual language learning, we support multilingual children in developing confidence and literacy in both their home language and English. We believe every child deserves access to an environment where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
